Van Helsing

Carlos was thinking the exact same thing; he'd managed to get himself lost. Letting out a sigh, he began to mumble insults about himself and how he always manages to get himself lost. Slumping down on the ground he sighed deeply and rubbed his eyes wearily.

It wasn't long before the red head was in the middle of no-where with no idea where to go or what to do. Grumbling he tried to sort out his now, very messy hair, whilst thinking of what to do.
Sighing he sat down and looked around, all he could see was mountains and trees.
"Oh yeah that's great... in the middle of no-where..." sighing he rubbed his head "damnit... why am I such and idiot"

Letting out a deep sigh, Carlos raised himself to his feet with a slight stumble and began to walk in the opposite direction.

Skye merely stuffed his hands in his pockets and continued to walk, ignoring Carlos completely.

Realising what he had done, Carlos watched his friend begin to walk away. "No.. No... Skye..." He began to plead and apologise, begging his friend to stay.

Skye flinched and shut up. Apologising he made his way away from Carlos.

"And how do you expect us to turn the tables now?" He demanded, anger writhing in his voice as he glared at the red head.

Skye shook his head "It hasn't been different, we've just managed to turn the tables is all"

Looking at his friend, contemplating on wether explaining the situation to him. Carlos finally heaved a sigh. "Fine... The only reason I'm giving up on this... Is because we've got no control over it at all. Every other time it's been different."

"LET ME MAKE UP MY OWN MIND ON WHAT I'D THINK!" Skye snarled, clearly somewhat annoyed that his friend would assume such a thing.

Carlos glared at his friend, a clear sense of anger seemed to emit from him. "No! You know you are anything but stupid! If I did tell you, you would just think I'm pathetic!"

"WHY?! AM I TOO STUPID?!"

Glancing at his friend, he shrugged. "So? I don't think of you as a kid. Even if you were my age I wouldn't explain it to you."

"I'm not a kid Carlos..."

"I'm not ignoring, I just don't want to explain what's wrong." Carlos replied slightly shakily.

"Oh that's so immature" Skye grumbled whilst waiting for some form of reply.

The older male now seemed to ignore his friend, he rubbed his eyes with his thumb and index finger and his hand soon traced down to his stubble covered chin which he began to scratch absent mindedly.

"Come on..."

Carlos merely shook his head, unwilling to answer his friend.

"Carlos... what's wrong?" His friend asked

The older male slumped down onto the ground, holding his head in his hands. He hated when he couldn't control a situation, though he would never actually admit to anyone.

"You think you're the only one...?" Skye asked as he continued to nurse his sore wrists.

The older male sighed deeply and brushed his hair back with one hand. He mumbled; "I hate this place..."

Skye winced and rubbed his wrists after Carlos let go.
"I-it's ok..."

His glare stayed, yet his anger subsided as he let go of the young red heads wrists and raised himself to full height. "Thank you." He said sternly as he grabbed onto Skye's wrist and pulled him to his feet. "I'm sorry, I over reacted a bit."
