Jurassic Hijinks

Carlos glanced at Kyle, slightly confused as to who this newcomer was.

A woman with long black hair walked towards the four males. She wore a white sleevless top and blue jeans. She was about 5'4" and her eyes icey blue.
Kyle smiled as he watched her approach.

Carlos glanced up from the argument in the direction that the other voice had come from.

This time it was a womans voice that joined in.
"That's enough, all of you!"

Carlos merely grumbled in reply to the teenager. "I was only joking around."

This clearly upset the red head as he hid away from Carlos. Leiard glared.
"Shut it greenie"

Glancing down at the red head, Carlos frowned and snapped; "Well... You're ginger."

"He has funny hair!" the younger Skye piped in
Kyle groaned and rubbed his head.

The dark haired male laughed nervously. "Oh, yeah. Sorry about that." He said, completely ignoring the teenager.

"Your head? You said you hit it..."
"What kinda guy did you pick up this time" The teen mumbled "Seems like a head case to me.."
"Shut up Leiard" Kyle snapped "You're not helping"

"Wait wait. Checked out? Whaddaya mean checked out?" He asked, completely forgetting that he had said he fell on his head.

Kyle laughed weakly "You won't be saying that once you get to know them... anyway, lets go get you checked out"

Carlos couldn't help smile at the family. "Nice to meet you all." He said, despite the fact that he knew most of them.

"That obvious?" Kyle chuckled as he picked himself and the child up.
"I tried to keep him back, sorry dad" Said yet another voice, this one deeper "Come on Skye, don't go hastling him..."
The red now, who's name had now been revealed turned to the older sibling and stuck his tounge out.
"Make me!"
Rolling his eyes the teen walked forward and picked Skye up, putting him on his shoulders.
The teen was rather tall and had pitch back hair with blue tints, his eyes were bright red and his clothing consisted of mainly dark colours.

The dark haired male couldn't help but laugh as the older male got tackled to the floor by the red head. "I take it he's your kid."

"There was more but as I said, people have been disappearing..."

"DAD!" Yelled a small voice.
Before too long a smalkl red head, who couldn't gave been older than 6, ran over to Kyle and hug tackled him so hard that the brunette almost fell to the floor.

The dark haired male looked around at all the people, a slight smile appeared on his face. It was good to see now everyone was raving made and attacking eachother. "I'm guessing these are the only people left."

As they walked out of the city and into the forest noise hit theiur ears. The inside of the forest was more like a bustling down than the habbitat of wolves and other creatures. Children ran around screaming and laughing whilst the adults stood and talked about the goings on and life in general.
"Here" Kyle smiled.

"Almost where?" Carlos asked curiously, he was beginning to find it hard to hide the fact that he had no idea what was going on.

"Say that again" he mumbled "Anyway, we're almost there now"

"Weird..." Carlos muttered under his breath, he began to wonder what exactly was going on.

"No-one actually knows, but people have been disappearing"

"Well... What's he dangers around? What could happen?" He asked, trying not to sound like he really had no idea what was going on.

"Pardon?" Kyle blinked "What do you mean?"

Carlos couldn't help but agree as he followed the older male. "So... What exactly could happen?"
