The boy proceeded to go bright red.
"I-I-I'm not... I'm s-s-skinny..." he continued to list things about himself that in his mind made him uncomfortable.

Carlos smiled and kissed his friends nose. "You're quiet comfortable."

The red head was utterly stuned.
"Eh!?"

Carlos merely shrugged. "Yeah, I know that. But..." He smirked slightly. "I can always forget about them when I do this." As soon as he finished speaking, he pushed Skye to the ground and lay down on top of him. "You make a very nice bed, you know." He said with a smile.

"They're always with you, you know that" he gave Carlos a small comforting squeeze

Smiling, he nodded. "Yeah.... It was amazing..." He continued to remember the times he had with his family and a small tear trickled down his cheek as he still smiled.

He nuzzled Carlos' arm gently.
"Sounds like you had a nice time..."

Jumping slightly at the sound of Skye's voice, he faced him and smiled. "Yeah." He agreed.

A small chuckled escaped Skye's lips.
"Typical older brothers hey..."

Carlos continued to reminisce, a smile on his face and a vacant expression. He was still talking, despite the fact that he had forgotten Skye was actually there. "My brother used to always deny what I said just to annoy me."

Skye smiled softly, listening to the older male talk about himself for once. It was a pleasant change to the green haired mans silence.

For once, Carlos was in the right mood to talk about things no matter how private they were.
"Just the fact that's in rural... Quiet. We used to have a little hill not to far from the house..." A small chuckle escaped his mouth before he continued. "I used to pretend it was a mountain and talk about how many time I'd climbed it in one day."

Skye never heard about Carlos talk about his home.
"... how does it remind you of home?" he asked, not wanting to push Carlos but too curious to stop himself from asking.

Removing one arm from around his legs, he wrapped it around Skye and shrugged. "Just reminds me of home." Saying that, he seemed rather vacant. Also, he wasn't very specific on what he meant by 'home'.

Moving closer Skye cuddled up to Carlos and asked him why he liked it.

Shaking his head slowly, he smiled at Skye and replied; "Just like it out here, is all."

Skye looked over at Carlos questioningly.
"Is something wrong?" he asked, slightly concerned about his friends behaviour

Smiling, he sat down next to his friend and raised his knee's to his chest and wrapped his long arms around his legs. He stared out blankly, a faint smile on his face.

He stuck his tounge out at his friend playfully.

A smile spread on Carlos' face as he looked down at his friend. "If you want anything else you have to work for it."

"And that's meant to make up for almost drooling on me?" he huffed

Sticking his tongue out, he smiled at his friend and gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek.

Skye grumbled something along the lines of;
"I wouldn't put it past you"
Whilst blushing

Slurping the dribble back into his mouth, Carlos laughed uncontrollably. "You thought I'd do that?"

The red head lookd horrorfied and squirmed even more than before.
