Zombies Unleashed

Skye flinched and sighed.
"A-as... as I said before... I'll.. I'll just be in the way here..."
Turning his back he started to head off, staggering more than actual walking.

Standing up instantly, Carlos growled; "No. You're not. It's more dangerous out there than ever."

Skye could hear the annoyance but he still didn't want to eat. Sighing he stood up.
".. I shouldn't have come back.. I'll just go now..."

"You haven't eaten since I've known you." He said plainly. "Just eat this." He ordered as he looked at his friend, a slight tint of annoyance surrounded him.

The red head did as he was told and sat.
"I'm not really hungry..." he said quietly.

Carlos let out another sigh and looked around. He told his friend he would be back soon before he walked away. He soon returned with two sandwiches, smiling at his friend he told him to sit down as he handed him the plate.

Skye only shook his head. He was starting to feel pretty faint. He hadn't eaten in a long time either which was properly just adding to his problems.

Smiling slightly at his friend as he hoped for an answer, the smile soon faded as Skye remained silent. "... C'mon. Just talk to me. Tell me how you got away."

Skye still remained silent, scared of how Carlos would react if he told him how he got away so quickly.

Carlos let out a sigh as he glanced over at the red head, determined to start a conversation he began to speak. "You're pretty talented, you know... Getting away from those zombies so quickly..." He began to trail off. "Took me ages to even think of how to do that..."

The red head didn't altogether feel like talking all that much. He leaned against a wall and still stared down at the floor. His breathing continuing to be uneven.

Carlos noticed his friend struggling. He helped his friend walk though they soon reached the town. The boys father turned to face his son. "Stay here and talk to him." He said, and began to walk away. Carlos actually seemed rather confused as to why his father would say that. Nevertheless, he wouldn't disobey his father.

Skye did his best to walk as normally as he could, but he kept stumbling and almost falling. It was a mixture of exhaustion and pain that had pushed him over the edge.
He continued to stare down at the ground as the walked back.

Carlos patted the young red heads back and smiled slightly, he glanced at his father and saw that he had nodded. The brown haired older male began to lead the way back, followed by the two males who had come with him and finally followed by Carlos and Skye.

Skye sighed and looked down at the floor before muttering that he'd go with them. He got the feeling he wasn't going to be allowed to go out on his own anyway.

The dark haired males father noticed the red head stumble. "He should come back with us." He stated, and his son agreed. Carlos knew there was something wrong with his friend anyway, and he knew he would have to get a medical check up. Glancing at the red head, Carlos asked; "...You only have to come back if you want to."

Skye nodded dumbly although doing so made him feel dizzy so he stumbled.

Carlos quickly walked over to him and hugged him tightly. "Are you okay?" He asked, clearly concerned about his friend welfare. "We've looked everywhere for you."

Taking a deep-ish breath Skye started to walk towards the two.

Vincent noticed the movement and turned his head to see Skye. Smiling, he nudged his son and pointed at Skye. The dark haired male looked in the direction his father had pointed, a large smile spread across his face.

Skye stumbled out of the house, still using it as a prop to stand up. His skin paler than it had been before and breathing more rugged.

Carlos was beginning to lose hope as he heard no reply. Vincent noticed this, a frown appeared on his face before he began to call out the red heads name as well.

Standing up Skye made his way towards the door, feeling dizzier than before.

Despite how dangerous it was to shout in the middle of nowhere, Carlos began to shout Skye's name hoping to find to his friend.

Hearing footsteps Skye attempted to silence himself, suddenly realising he'd left foot prints he cursed quietly under his breath.
