"NOTHING!" Pete replied a little too quickly not even bothering to shake her hand. Glancing back in the direction of the police again he bit his lip. "Can I go now?"

She held out her hand lazily, one arm still behind her head. 'Amber.'
She let out a yawn, and pointed to the direction of the police. 'Whatdya do?'

The man didn't reply, he merely tried to get past her by using any way he could think off. Finally realising that it wasn't going to work he sighed and stepped backwards slightly.
"The names Pete" He said simply with crossed arms, pouting a little.
He looked more like a huffy child than the 24 year old he actually was.

She closed her eyes, her foot swiftly stepping to the side, blocking his path. 'That's rude. Seeing as I just saved your ass from the cops back there. Now, who are you?'

"I'm no-one important" He grinned "Now see ya!"
The blonde male tried to run past the girl who stood in front of him.

She eyed him suspiciously, looking behind him where the police should have been chasing him. 'I took care of 'em.' she said confidently, her hand on her hips. 'You are?'

Skidding to a halt he fell into her, landing ontop of her on the floor. Coughing nervously he stood up and backed away slowly he laughed sheepishly.
"Umm.... right..." He said looking behind him suddenly, expecting to see the police running towards him.
When no-one came he turned and eyed the new-comer suspiciously. Blonde hair completely wind swept from the running.

The girl blinked abruptly. Her amber eyes following the man who ran, breaking the silence instantly. She stiffled a giggle, he did look rather comical. She looked toward the police who came by, apparently chasing him. She stood up slowly, glad of something to do. As the two policemen charged passed her, not even noticing her presence, she sleeked behind them as she was so good at, and grabbed both by the sides of their faces, bringing them together, hard. There was a painful sounding bang as their skulls hit one another and the policemen fell. They were only knocked out, of course.

She hopped onto a fence seperating the alley from the next estate, running along it like a tightrope walker at a circus, and hopped off when she cought up to the boy, landing infront of him.

Before long the silence was inturrupted by loud male voice.
"SHITSHITSHITSHITSHITSHIT!!!!!!" Yelled a blonde who skidded around a corner and proceeded to run down the alley clinging tightly to hat on his head.
It wasn't long till a group of police turned the corner yelling at the man to 'Stop in the name of the law'.

The moon was looming above the ground, leaving a lazy glow on the city. Cats meowed, looking for their next meal in nearby dustbins, and dogs barked, having a conversation of growling.
Everything seemed just as it normally would.
Not far, in a small alley, sat a girl. The dim light from the moon only covered half her face; the other half was in shadow. She was sitting on a wide ledge of a window; who's house it was, she didn't know. Noone's in particular. She tossed a key in her hand, and caught it over and over again. Her attention was elsewhere. She concentrated on how bored she was. A sigh was let out, and she threw her head back, her brunette hair that was tied in a purple headband flailing wildly, and her hoop earings making a clinking sound. She started to whistle for a bit, then kick her legs around and fidget.
