"You're not going to give me a choice are you really Carlos.."

"What would you rather; the chance of killing me or spending a few hours in a hospital?"

"Oh come on" Skye looked at Carlos pleedingly

"And you know that if you lose too much blood, chances are you'll attack me." Carlos replied plainly and calmly.

"You wouldn't..." Skye half glared at Carlos "You know I hate hospitals"
Almost as soon as Skye finished speaking, he burst into yet another coughing fit.

"I could call an ambulance." Carlos said in a stupid mocking voice.

Skye sighed "It's not like there's anything you can do"

Carlos rolled his eyes and rubbed his head. "Nothing's wrong my ass. Next time; tell me."

The red head went silent, he couldn't think of a retort to that.

"Coughing up blood is a sign of internal bleeding." Carlos said matter-of-factly.

"I'll be fine" Skye said sternly "It's just a bit of blood..."

Sighing deeply, the dark haired male rubbed his eyes with his thumb and finger. "I'm concerned, okay?"

The red head turned his back on Carlos and didn't speak.

Carlos merely glared sternly at the red head. "Skye." He growled.

"Because." Skye said bluntly, he wasn't about to tell Carlos.

"Why do you keep coming here and coughing?"

Skye shrugged, he honestly didn't know, it had started after Carlos had punched him, pretty harshley, in the stomach.

"Tell me what is wrong." Carlos now demanded an answer as his concern for his friends well-being rose.

Skye could feel the tickling at the back of his throat starting up again, followed by the metalic tang of blood.

"There is." Carlos interupted, now glaring at the red head.

"There's nothing wrong..." Skye started

"Don't play dumb." Carlos snarled, becoming impatient with his friend.

"See what, I don't know what you're on about..."

"Don't think I didn't see it." Carlos said sternly, keeping a close eye on his friend.
