Zombies Unleashed

Skye shook his head and stood up again, he wasn't about to give up. He tried to get past Vincent again.

(( LOL XD yeah XD ))

Vincent let out a deep sigh. "If we don't have the faintest idea of where to start searching, there is no point." He said regrettably.

((*lols* I just imagine Carlos actually trusting Leiard and Leiard turning him into some kind of... Half zombie xD))

"I-I don't know... he left me to die.. I... I think he saw us the other day.... w-when Carlos got attacked....."

Vincent now began to worry about his sons safety more than ever before. "Where would your brother be? We can try to find Carlos and get him back here safely." Vincent suggested rather calmly.

Carlos still wandered around aimlessly, miles away from the town. He was surprised he hadn't seen many zombies this far out from civilisation. He merely assumed the smell of so many humans in one place attracted them in large groups.

Skye shook his head a bit too quickly and suddenly felt very dizzy.
He held his head in his hands whislt he tried to explain why Carlos bumping into his brother wouldn't be good.
"M-my brother.. h.. he hurts people... badly....."

Raising an eyebrow, Vincent pushed his glasses further up his nose with his index finger. "Why is it so bad your brothers out there? Carlos could find him and bring him back." Vincent said, unaware of the relationship between the red head and his brother.

"M-M-my brother.." the read head stuttered "H-he's out there.. C-Carlos... Carlos isn't safe"

With a gentle push, Vincent soon forced Skye to sit back down. "What doesn't he know?" Vincent asked intently, clearly concerned on wether his son was in danger from what Skye had said.

"He doesn't know.. he doesn't know anything" Skye said and tried to stand up again, clearly starting to panic about something.

Vincent smiled at the red head and helped him into a chair. "I know you're worried about Carlos..." Vincent began, a slight hint of sadness in his voice. "But he can handle himself out there. He knows how dangerous it is and he knows how to face anything out there."

Skye just shook his head and asked how he could sleep when he knows someones out there possibly in a large amount of danger.
It was very clear that the young boy hadn't recovered much at all. His breathing was heavy and coming in short gasps and his voice was strained.

Vincent stood at the bottom of the stairs looking up at the red head. "Be careful." He said, a slight smile on his face as he helped the teenager down the stairs. "You should be resting."

After a few hours Skye started to panic, he was deeply concerned about the fact that Carlos hadn't returned yet. Attempting to sit upright again he tried to ignore the pain. Easing himself to his feet slowly he stood up and walked from the room he was in. It wasn't safe out there, he knew it more than most after having lived out there.
Slowly he made his way down the steps, one at a time, occasionally coming close to loosing his footing.

The older male actually hadn't returned at all throughout the time that Skye had been resting, he'd been out in no mans land for hours. Though, even he didn't know why he was out there. He just wanted to be out there. He continued to wander around aimlessly, many miles away from the safety of the town.

Vincent was actually worried about his son, but he knew that he could take care of himself and would be back soon. Atleast, he hoped so.

Several hours passed before the red head awoke to find himself laying down in the bed he’d been on the previous night. Mumbling under his breath he attempted to move but found that he couldn’t due to;
A) Lack of energy
And
B) The pain that went through his whole body as he tried to get up.
Groaning he gave up and looked up at the ceiling. His chest ached like mad and he knew he couldn’t do anything but wait for the pain to start to numb.
Skye tried to think of some way to entertain himself until he remembered the last time he’d seen his new found friend. Cursing rather loudly he gathered all the strength he could muster and pushed himself up from the bed, although his joints felt like they were screaming at him to lay back down. All of a sudden his breathing became heavy again and another wave of dizziness washed over him. Stumbling he found himself sitting back down on the bed holding his head with his eyes shut tightly.

The brown haired male only just managed to catch the red head, lifting him up gently he watched his son walk away. Letting out a sigh, he carried his son's friend back to his home. Laying him gently on the sofa, he placed a blanket over him and left a drink on the table for him.

Skye mumbled something under his breath about Carlos before slipping into unconciousness and falling to the floor.

Noticing his father approaching, he asked for him to look aftervthe red head. Vincent pondered on this for a moment before agreeing. Carlos smiled slightly and began to walk into no man's land.

Skye struggled to get away from Carlos and failed, he was tired, so very very tired. Everything was starting to grow dull around him. Blinking he tried to clear his vision.

Carlos ran over to his friend and helped him stand. "You're in no state to go anywhere."

Skye ignored him and stuffed his hands in his pockets, his vision starting to blur again he stopped and leant against a building, swaying slightly.

Carlos called out to his friend; "It's too dangerous!"
