Jurassic Hijinks

"Thanks"
Kyle stood up shakily and streched.

Vincent smiled and nodded, which caused his glasses to slip down his nose. Pushing his glasses back up, he replied;
"Of course."

"Can you still take me to the hospital?" Kyle asked as he looked up to his brother.

Smiling warmly at his brother, he patted him on the shoulder before raising himself to his feet.

Smiling weakly Kyle chuckled.
"I guess..."

Vincent sat next to him with his arm around him. "It's fine as long as you are okay."

Half an hour later Kyle had calmed down, eyes still slightly red from crying but that was to be expected.
"... sorry"

Pulling Kyle over gently, he hugged him tightly in an attempt to reassure him.

This only caused Kyle to break down into floods of tears again.

"Just believe me. I'd never lie to you and you know it." He said calmly and looked his brother in the eyes from behind his square glasses.

"H-how do you know?!" Kyle pulled away and looked at Vincent, eyes all puffed up and red. It was clear he'd been suffering in silence for a long time now.

Telling his brother to shush, he tried to reassure him. "You wont lose Skye... I promise."

"I'm loosing everything" He sobbed "I lost my wife.. my oldest son.. and now Skye..."

Hardly shocked by his brothers actions, he hugged his brother back and began to calm him down.

Before the brunette could stop himself he hugged his older brother, holding him tightly and crying in his shoulder.

Frowning, he forced his brother to look at him. "You can tell me anything." He said in a soothing reassuring voice.

He merely shook his head and told his brother that nothing was on his mind. Although it was obviously a lie.

Kneeling down beside his younger brother, he placed a hand gently on his back.
"What's on your mind?"

Kyle stared down at the floor, clearly ashamed. The brunette was rather thankful for the fact that he was dripping wet because it meant his brother couldn't see that he was crying.

Heaving a sigh, he wrapped a nearby towel around his brother and began to dry him off.
"What am I going to do with you?"

Eventually the coughing subsided but now he was shaking and white as a ghost. Kyle couldn't look at his brother.

((I know D8 life sucks for him! D: ))

Vincent began to rub his brothers back gently trying to stop him from coughing.

(( lol first his sons a junkie and then his brothers a suicidal maniac ;D ))

As soon as the brunette was pulled out from under the water he started coughing and gasping for breath which only made him cough even more.

Opening the door to the bathroom, Vincent stared at his brother for a moment. His mouth was ajar as he stared in shock. Finally coming to his senses and realising the situation, he ran to his brother and pulled him out from under the bath water.

Again no reply came, although it was getting harder for Kyle to keep his head under.
