Jurassic Hijinks

"No damnit!!! If I hadn't gone out with you and Llywelyn that night I'd have never ended up in this state anyway!" Skye yelled angrily.

"Just... Please, trust me for once!" Carlos pleaded, eyes wide.

Skye looked at Carlos cluelessly.

"A lot worse than that is gonna happen if you don't get somewhere safe!"

"I'm not going anywhere! I stopped making my way home for reason!"
The red head pulled up his shirt to show Carlos the stitches streching almost snapping that were holding the wound on his stomach together.

Seeing the red head, Carlos stopped in front of him and began to catch his breath again. "We gotta... Go... NOW!"

Looking up after hearing his name being shouted he saw Carlos running in his direction.

The dark haired male continued to run, calling his cousins name as he sprinted.

Skye hadn't made it all that far, his whole body ached and the stitches were starting to open. The red head had sat down on a bench taking a break, knowing that if he pushed himself he'd end up dead.

"Shit..." Carlos mumbled as he ran out of the hospital, knowing the chances of him finding the red head were slim.

She sighed
"He's not here anymore, he said he was going home"

"He what?" Carlos growled, mainly through confusion about what she meant.

"... he discharged himself about half an hour ago..."

The dark haired male nodded, still catching his breath.

"You mean Mr. Hitachen?"

"I've... I've got to find... Skye..." Carlos said between breaths as he raised himself to full height.

Noticing Carlos a Nurse walked over to him and began to ask him what was wrong.

Reaching the hospital, he ran inside and knelt down and began to catch his breath as sweat dripped off his nose

Fortunatly for Carlos the sky was rather cloudy that night.

The dark haired male tried to keep his pace as he continued running through the city, ocassionally glancing over his shoulder hoping not to see the moon.

The red head had finally woken up and was sat upright in bed, not completely understanding what had happened the night before.

Carlos pondered over that thought for a moment before instinct took control and he ran out the front door, hoping to reach the hospital in time.

"And if what you're saying is true we'll have to hope they close the curtains in Skye's room on time"

Stopping in his tracks, Carlos let out a groan and rubbed his head. Yet another downside to this alternate future. "Yeah, yeah..." He sighed.

"If what you're saying is true you don't want to be going out tonight, you should know the full moon lasts for more than one night"
