Jurassic Hijinks

Glancing over at the red head, Carlos smiled and called out to him as he waved his hand in the air.

Skye was walking down the same street on the opposite side in the opposite direction.

Carlos began to walk casually down the familiar streets, not noticing any huge changes around him.

Little did Carlos know, but things had changed alot.

Looking around the familiar surroundings and the forest of building's he'd become so accustomed to, a smile spread on Carlos' face.

The world slowly rebuilt itself to what seemed like the normal future.

Carlos began to grumble as he saw the world around him crumble and rebuild itself into something different.

Veltan just shrugged.

All of a sudden the world around Carlos seemed to melt and mold into something new.

"No, no, no, no, no!" Carlos yelled. "You can't do anything different than you were gonna do it! Else you'll bugger something up!"

"We'll just have to see won't we" the child Veltan smiled.

Carlos merely shrugged, in all honesty he had no idea what could happen. "You could... Destroy the world." Carlos lied.

Veltan shrugged and asked Carlos how it would change the future.

Carlos chuckled nervously. "No you can't. It can change the future dramatically."

"ummm... I can...."

Raising an eyebrow, the older male raised himself to full height. "Woah, you can't change the past."

He shrugged and stood up.
"I can change that" he smiled

Carlos couldn't help but chuckle at the boy and nod. "Pretty much."

"So.. to summerize... I'm a grumpy old man...?" Veltan asked

After just over an hour, Carlos stopped talking. "And that's about it." He concluded with a slight smile. The long conversation seemed to have bored the dinosaur as Edward now lay on the ground, a trail of drool escaping his mouth as he emitted loud snores.

Veltan sat and listened, nodding every so often to show he understood what Carlos was saying.

Carlos blinked for a moment, before a small smile spread on his face as he walked over to the young boy. Kneeling down to the boys height, which was quiet hard for him, Carlos began to explain to the boy about his personality in the future and various other aspects of his life.

Veltan looked at Carlos.
"So... what.. what am I like?..." he looked genuinly curious

Crossing his arms, the older male nodded. "You still have that... Thing as well." He said, indicating to Edward who gave a small growl.

"So.... you know the adult me?"

"And that's why this is in the future." Carlos explain. Edward seemed to be enthralled in the conversation, as he lay down on his stomach and stared at Carlos intently.
